Shipping

Australian Orders

All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post and typically take 2– 8 business days for standard delivery and 1 - 4 business days for express delivery. 

International Orders

International shipping times vary and can take anywhere from 6–27 business days, depending on your location and postal service delays.

Tracking

Once your order has been processed and payment is finalized, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and order details.

Please note that once your parcel leaves our studio, it is out of our control. We are not responsible for any delays, lost packages, or customs processing times. We recommend keeping track of your order via the provided tracking link.

Refunds & Responsibility

Items will not be deemed refundable if the parcel is lost, stolen, or abandoned by the receiver. Please ensure your shipping details are correct and that someone is available to receive your order.
