ABOUT MOOCHY THE LABEL

Moochy is my small independently owned label, created and handmade by me, Carlie - though most know me by my nickname, Moochy. Based on the Sunshine Coast, Australia, every piece is thoughtfully designed and created with love, intention, and a deep appreciation for slow fashion.

Sewing has been a part of me for as long as I can remember. What began as hand stitching little clothes for my dolls slowly grew into a lifelong passion and creative outlet. Over the years, creating garments became more than just making clothing - it became a way for me to connect with myself, express my creativity, and pour my heart into something meaningful.

Each Moochy piece is made slowly and thoughtfully, with the intention of creating dreamy handmade heirlooms to be loved, worn, and cherished for years to come. Seeing beautiful women wearing my garments is truly a dream come true.

Sewing has always been my greatest passion and the most fulfilling form of self-expression. While creating garments is deeply meaningful to me, building a label from this passion has given me an even greater purpose - to create pieces that make women feel beautiful, connected, and confident within themselves.

Moochy is more than just clothing, it is an expression of mood and energy, a connection to our higher selves, and a celebration of slow fashion. Each piece is intentionally crafted with care, honoring both the Earth and the artistry behind it. My designs are created to make women feel safe, held, and deeply connected with themselves, like the warmth of a hug woven into every stitch.

My small clothing business is committed to sustainability in every aspect of its production. This thoughtful, mindful approach to production not only makes my brand sustainable, but also aligns with my beliefs and values, ensuring that every piece I create contributes positively to the environment.

  • FABRIC

    All garments are made with high quality natural fibres and are exclusively made from 100% Cotton to consciously avoid synthetic materials.

  • PRODUCTION

    By limiting overproduction I produce in small batches and ensure that i cut my fabric in the most efficient way to reduce waist.
