Returns & Exchanges


At Moochy, every piece is made slowly and with care, and i ask that you shop mindfully by reviewing the size guide and your measurements before purchasing. I operate as a small, independent label, and have a limited return and exchange policy. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please inspect your order upon arrival and get in contact within 7 days of receiving your purchase if you have any issues. As a small handmade label, I'm unable to offer refunds for change of mind. If you need a different size, i'll gladly arrange an exchange to make sure you feel your best in your Moochy garments. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item/s must be unworn, unwashed and in the original condition that you received it. Clothing returned with any makeup stains, perfume, or body odour will not be eligible. Once I have received your item, I will begin preparing and sending your correct size.

Please note:

  • Returns and Exchanges are not available for sale items. 
  • Any returns sent without prior communication and approval will be refused. 
  • Returns and Exchanges are not available immediately after placing an order, our returns policy must be followed once the parcel has been delivered.

FAULTY ITEMS 

If you receive an item that is faulty or the wrong item, please report it immediately. Faulty item returns will only be accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. I will ask for a photograph of evidence regarding the faulty or damaged item. I reserve the right to assess and determine whether an item is genuinely faulty or damaged. If possible, I will offer a repair to extend the life of your garment. However, please note:

  • Items damaged due to incorrect garment care are not considered faulty. (Please refer to our Garment Care Page to ensure your pieces are being properly maintained and cared for) 

SHIPPING & COSTS

  • Return & Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and the original shipping costs are not refunded. 
  • Once your order leaves the studio it is out of my control what happens to packages. 
  • Moochy is not liable for lost packages.
  • Please keep track of your order using the provided tracking details.
